Mindfulness Rocks

Happy Monday guys! I’ve always had an affinity to rocks with words on them. I use them to remind me of an intention or message I need to remember. Sometimes, I give them to clients or others in my life as something they can carry with them as a grounding technique. I leave these rocks in random places hoping to encourage the person who finds it. I could also use them as a focus for meditation. I love how solid rocks feel in my hand. Using my sense of touch, I hold the rock and run my fingers over it to really feel the shape. 🌸
These are mindfulness tool that are easily accessible to all. You could paint a word on it or just use it for the physical reminder to come back into the present moment. Give it a try! let me know what you experience. 💕🙏🏻
